1. Access Passes and Cost Allowances
Oui Chef is accessed via one-time paid **Access Passes** (not recurring subscriptions):
- Access Passes provide access to Oui Chef until either the access duration expires or the **Cost Allowance** is used up.
- All provider-charged LLM calls (e.g. recipe imports or generated dish ideas) count against the Cost Allowance of your active Access Pass.
- Stacking multiple Access Passes extends the time duration from the current expiration date and pools the Cost Allowance.
2. Fair Use and Trial Access
Registered and anonymous cooks get 5 **Free Trials** to import recipes and generate dish ideas. Free Trials are per-person and permanently cease eligibility upon buying your first Access Pass.
3. Intellectual Property
Oui Chef converts online recipes into hands-free cooking guides for personal kitchen use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights to view the recipe URLs you input into the system.

We provide Oui Chef "as is." Cooking involves risks, and we do not guarantee cooking outcomes. Any nutritious or general balanced eating advice generated by our AI models is for informational use only and is not medical advice or diet prescription.
